Founded by Jeff Bezos. Blue Origin was started in 2000 by Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, because he wanted to help explore and settle space.

New Shepard rocket. This short, powerful rocket takes people on brief trips to the edge of space, letting them experience weightlessness before returning home.

Powerful engines. Blue Origin builds rocket engines used not just in its own rockets but also in other companies' rockets, like United Launch Alliance's Vulcan Centaur.

Moon missions ahead. Blue Origin is working on the Blue Moon lander to help NASA's Artemis program land astronauts on the Moon in the coming years.

Space stations planned. The company is helping build the Orbital Reef, a space station where people and businesses can work, live, and conduct experiments in orbit.
