Among the biggest skinks. Blue-tongued skinks belong to the genus Tiliqua and are some of the largest members of the entire skink family, which means they're impressively sized lizards.

Australasian natives. These lizards come from Australia and nearby regions, where locals call them 'blueys' or 'panana,' showing just how well known they are in their home countries.
