Wild Australian dog. Dingoes are medium-sized dogs found in Australia that descended from a line of dogs all their own. They are not the same as domestic dogs, even though they look similar.

Built for speed. A dingo has a lean, tough body made for running fast, jumping high, and keeping going for long distances. Their strong legs and lightweight frame help them chase prey across the Australian outback.

Three main colors. Most dingoes wear coats of light ginger or tan, black and tan stripes, or creamy white. No matter the color, they all have a large wedge-shaped skull that makes their head look extra big compared to their body.
