Tiny bouncy ball. The ball used in squash is small and hollow, made of rubber. Players have to hit it hard and smart to send it bouncing off the walls in ways their opponent can't return.

Super fast game. Squash is one of the quickest racket sports out there. Players dash around the court hitting the ball back and forth so fast that matches can be exhausting, even though the court is small.

Played worldwide. About 20 million people play squash regularly across more than 185 countries. It's popular everywhere from tiny local clubs to huge professional tournaments.

Going to Olympics. Squash will become an Olympic sport for the first time at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. This is huge because it means squash players from all over the world will compete at the highest level.

One on one or team. You can play squash as singles (just two players) or doubles (four players on two teams). Both versions test your speed, strategy, and teamwork.
