Spoken Worldwide. The simple lyrics of 'Happy Birthday' have been translated into at least 18 different languages, so kids celebrate birthdays with it all over the planet.
A Surprising Origin. The melody didn't start as 'Happy Birthday' at all. It actually comes from an older song called 'Good Morning to All' that was created around 1893.
