The stick matters.. Without a stick, a frozen ice pop is called a freezie. The stick is just a handle to keep your hands from getting cold and messy while you enjoy it.

Sweet and simple.. Most store-bought ice pops contain added sugars, corn syrup, and artificial ingredients to make them taste extra sweet. Some brands make lower-calorie versions if you want a lighter treat.
