Leopard Cat

Gorgeous spotted coat. The leopard cat's tawny fur is covered in dark spots, with special stripes running from its eyes to its ears and white streaks near its nose, making it look like a miniature leopard.

Fancy facial markings. Two to four rows of elongated spots run down its back, and distinctive white streaks go from its eyes toward its nose, like a natural mask designed for hunting.

Tiny compared to leopards. Despite its name, the leopard cat is a small wild cat, much tinier than real leopards, with a short tail that's only about half as long as its head and body combined.

Forest dweller. This little spotted hunter lives wild in forests across Asia, using its small size and excellent camouflage to stalk prey through the trees and undergrowth.
