Two maze types. Some mazes have only one winding path that leads straight to the goal, like following a spiral. Other mazes have many branching paths, and you have to figure out which way is correct and which ways are dead ends.

Ancient roots. Mazes have been around for thousands of years. People in ancient Egypt and Rome created them, and they've appeared in gardens, art, and stories throughout history.

Brain teaser fun. Mazes challenge your problem-solving skills because you have to remember where you've been, predict which path might work, and stay calm when you hit a dead end.

Mazes can change. Most mazes have fixed walls and paths, but some puzzle games let the walls move or shift while you're playing, making the challenge completely different each time.

Giant hedge mazes. People grow enormous mazes in fields and gardens using tall hedges, and visitors walk through them trying to find the exit, making it a real adventure adventure.
