Voltage pushes electricity. Voltage is the force that pushes electric current through a circuit, kind of like water pressure pushing water through a pipe.

Resistance slows current. Resistance is how much a material pushes back against electric flow. Materials like copper let electricity through easily, while rubber blocks it.

Three parts work together. Ohm's law connects three things: voltage (the push), current (how much electricity flows), and resistance (what blocks it). Change one and the others change too.

Named after a scientist. Georg Ohm discovered this pattern in the 1820s by testing different wires and measuring how electricity moved through them.

Powers everyday devices. Your phone charger, video game console, and light bulbs all work because of Ohm's law keeping electricity flowing safely at the right speed.
