Started as stories. Mai-chan's Daily Life began as two chapters inside another manga called Game Over, which was published in 2003 with 10 short stories total.

Written and illustrated. Waita Uziga both wrote and drew the entire series, creating all the characters and artwork from imagination.

Serialized publication. The manga was published in pieces over time in a magazine called Ayla Deluxe, which means readers got new chapters regularly rather than all at once.

Official publisher. Sanwa Shuppan published the official Mai-chan's Daily Life manga on April 21, 2004, making it an official series release.
