Plant-eating horned dinosaur. Arrhinoceratops was a ceratopsian, a group of dinosaurs with fancy horns and bony frills on their heads that ate only plants.

Name based on error. Scientists named it Arrhinoceratops, thinking it was special because its nose horn wasn't a separate bone, but they later realized they were mistaken about this.

Living in Late Cretaceous. This dinosaur roamed Earth during the very end of the Cretaceous period, just a few million years before the famous Triceratops arrived.

Found in Canada. Fossils of Arrhinoceratops have been discovered in Canada, helping scientists understand what dinosaurs lived in North America long ago.

Living with relatives. Arrhinoceratops shared its world with another horned dinosaur called Anchiceratops, so they may have seen each other roaming the same ancient lands.
