Any object counts. A collectable isn't just fancy or expensive stuff. It can be anything a person thinks is cool or interesting enough to keep, display, or gather with others who love the same things.

Antiques are old collectables. When a collectable gets really old, it becomes an antique. The age itself makes it special because it survived through history and tells a story about the past.

Curios are wonderfully weird. A curio is something unique, uncommon, or strange that makes people curious. It might be a decorative item that's quirky, unexpected, or one-of-a-kind.

Made just for collectors. Some collectables are manufactured specifically for people to collect, like special edition trading cards, figurines, or limited-run toys designed to be gathered and cherished.
