Etch A Sketch

Two magical knobs. One knob moves the line left and right, while the other moves it up and down. You twist both at the same time to draw anything you want on the screen.

French invention. A clever inventor named André Cassagnes from France came up with Etch A Sketch and introduced it to the world in the 1960s.

Magic shake erase. When you want to clear your drawing and start fresh, just turn the toy upside down and shake it gently, and the screen becomes blank again.

Red frame design. The toy comes in its famous bright red plastic frame with a small gray screen in the middle, a design that has barely changed since it was first made.

Still made today. Etch A Sketch is now owned by Spin Master, a company in Canada, and millions of kids still enjoy drawing with it all around the world.
