Lean back, don't fall. The trick to limbo is bending your knees and leaning your whole body backward while shuffling your feet forward under the bar. You have to keep moving without touching the bar or losing your balance.

How low can you go?. After each round, the bar drops lower and lower, making it harder for everyone. The game keeps going until only one person can still make it under without touching the bar.
