Packed with nutrients. Milk contains calcium for strong bones, protein for muscles, and other important nutrients that help babies grow big and healthy.
Baby's first food. Milk is the only food young mammals need at first because it has everything they require to survive and thrive until they're ready to eat solid food.
Immune system booster. The first milk a baby drinks, called colostrum, is like a superhero shield filled with antibodies that protect babies from getting sick.
