Home to giants. Nepal contains eight of the world's ten highest mountains, including Mount Everest, which is the tallest mountain on Earth at 29,032 feet above sea level.

Trapped between neighbors. Nepal is a landlocked country, meaning it has no ocean coastline, and it sits between two giant countries: China to the north and India to the south, east, and west.
