Viperfish

Needle-like teeth. Viperfish have incredibly long, sharp teeth that stick out of their mouths even when closed. These teeth are so big they'd make any shark jealous, and they help the viperfish grab slippery prey in the dark ocean depths.

Glowing hunting lights. Viperfish have photophores, which are special light-producing organs, running along their bellies. They use these glowing spots to attract smaller fish and creatures to them before striking.

Twilight zone dwellers. Viperfish live in the mesopelagic zone, the part of the ocean where some light still reaches but it's mostly dark. This zone is about 200 to 1,000 meters deep, where viperfish are among the fiercest hunters.

Tiny but mighty. Even though viperfish only grow to about 12 inches long, they're fierce predators that can catch fish almost as big as themselves. Their small size helps them move quickly through the deep ocean to hunt.

Silvery armor. Viperfish have shiny, silvery scales that reflect any light in the deep ocean. This coloring might help them blend into the faint light coming from above or from other creatures' glow.
