Ancient Irish Game. Hurling has been played in Ireland for over 2,000 years and is one of the oldest field sports in the entire world. It's deeply connected to Irish culture and tradition.

Women Play Camogie. When women play hurling, the game is called camogie, which comes from the same ancient Irish word as hurling. Both versions are exciting team sports with their own leagues and championships.

Wooden Sticks and Ball. Players use wooden sticks called hurleys to hit a small ball called a sliotar across a field with goalposts. The game involves catching, carrying, and throwing the ball in skillful ways.
