Loops on loops. Knitting works by creating a series of interconnected loops called stitches. Each new loop passes through the loop before it, forming a chain that builds up into fabric.

Two needles, endless possibilities. A knitter uses two needles to work with yarn. The needles hold active stitches while the knitter uses their hands and the other needle to create new loops, row by row.
