Unusually big brain. Saurornithoides had a larger brain compared to its body size than most other dinosaurs, making it one of the smartest dinos around.
Excellent eyesight. Its large forward-facing eyes gave it amazing vision to spot moving prey from a distance, much like a bird of prey today.
Super sharp hearing. Saurornithoides could pick up even tiny sounds, which helped it hunt effectively in its Late Cretaceous world.
Speedy sprinter. This dinosaur ran fast on two powerful hind legs, using its long tail for balance while chasing down smaller animals to eat.
Bird-like skull. Its name means 'lizard-bird form' because its head and features looked more like a modern bird than a typical dinosaur.
